2013

Villapersaunet is Founded

Villapersaunet was founded with the mission to provide students with an affordable and comfortable living experience. We started with a single building and have since grown to become one of the leading coliving communities in the country.

2015

Spacious Rooms and Well-Equipped Kitchens

We expanded our offerings to include spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchens. We believe that a comfortable living space is essential to student success. Our rooms are designed to be both functional and comfortable, with ample storage space and natural light.
